The expression "Old Number One" is the most famous name in the history of vintage Bentley racing cars. The first "Speed Six" ever to be raced. The car was the outright winner of the 1929 Le Mans 24-hour victories held on the 15th-16th June 1929, driven by Captain Woolf Barnato & Sir Henry Birkin.
This was just the start of the racing history for Bentley Motor cars.
