Delivery & Terms of Purchase

Lifetime Guarantee:

We are proud to offer a Lifetime Guarantee as we believe our leather goods are made to a very high standard and we want our clients to be totally happy with their purchases. Your satisfaction is our recommendation. Should the stitching come undone or the zip become faulty all we ask you to do is return the goods to us by recorded delivery with your original receipt & we will send it onto our factory for repair and then return to you, at no cost to you. NOTE: Rip’s, marks, wear & tear can not be covered by our Lifetime Guarantee.

The guarantee is given in accordance with legal requirements. Any additional guarantee statements are contained in the product descriptions.

Next Day Delivery

We only dispatch using Express Next Day delivery £5.95 up to 10Kg (UK Only). We ‘track and trace’ all packages to ensure they reach their destination safety and in the agreed time scale using Interlink Express www.interlinkexpress.com

We do and are happy to ship worldwide but we will have to confirm exact shipping costs before hand.

Methods of Payment

We want all our customers to feel 100% sure about paying for our products. So for your peace of mind, we offer the following preferred payment methods.

Advanced Cheques: Made Payable to: Caracalla Bagaglio please Allow 7 Days for clearance.

Credit/Debit/Switch Cards: We accept the following, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo.

In Stock Payment Only: We will not ask you for any payment until Caracalla Bagaglio have made sure that all the products in your shopping basket have been accepted. Should your product not be in stock for any reason we will only take payment as & when your goods are dispatched.

Security for Payments: Caracalla Bagaglio endeavor to offer the highest level of security for payments and therefore your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. Final payment is taken manually through our HSBC Merchant terminal at our office so you can call anytime to confirm the progress.

Cancellation and Returns

You can cancel and withdraw from your order within 2 weeks of receiving your goods. This right will have been fulfilled if you return the goods before the expiry of this period to:

How to Return/Exchange or Refund Goods:

  1. There is no reason necessary to return or exchange your goods, no need to telephone us when sending us a return.
  2. Please take a copy of your order or invoice noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund and return this with your goods
  3. Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to Caracalla Bagaglio at your own expense. (We can cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us)
  4. We will write or email to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit, or cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us. (If you would like to exchange any of the goods you ordered, please follow the instructions above. There is no additional P&P charge for replacement or exchange goods sent to a UK addresses.
  5. Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can’t stop the payer knowing
  6. Refunds are always made to the card used at the original purchase stage

Legal Statements on Returns:

Returning any item within 2 weeks will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 2 week post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods, Caracalla Bagaglio will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods to Caracalla Bagaglio on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Orders collected from Caracalla Bagaglio incur no handling charge. Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by all of this.
