Our 'Lifetime Guarentee' covers the stitching, zips and fittings, unless abuse is evident.
In the highly unlikely event that these fittings are faulty, all we ask you to do is return the goods to us by recorded delivery with your original receipt & we will send it onto our factory for repair and then return to you, at no cost to you. Please include your shipping receipt so we can refund your cost's.
General wear and tear or marks are not covered by our 'Lifetime Guarentee'.
Note: Your holdall is made from cow hide , therefore slight grain and colour variations are to be expected.
